Perfect for those who would like the full live session experience without a personalised tincture.

- Live private Zoom session (approx. 2.5–3 hours)
- Full body coherence exploration
- Identification of key areas requiring support
- Personalised frequency balancing during the session
- Guidance and explanation throughout
- Post-session recommendations where appropriate

Our most complete option, including everything within the Essential Session plus a custom tincture prepared specifically for you.

- Everything in the Essential Session

⚠️ How it Works
1. Secure Your Package
Choose your preferred package online.
Once your order has been received, you will receive a personal follow-up email from Root & Restore with your next steps and instructions for sending your personal reference sample.
2. Send Your Personal Reference Sample
You’ll be guided on how to send a small hair sample (or toenail clipping if preferred).
This is used as an individual reference point during the process.
3. Sample Received
Once your sample has been safely received, I will contact you by email to arrange your live Zoom appointment.
4. Your Live Session
We meet online for your dedicated one-to-one Full Body Coherence Session.
5. Personalised Support Sent
If you choose the Full Coherence Package, your custom tincture will be prepared and posted following your session.
⏳ Appointment Availability
Due to the personalised nature of this service and varying booking demand, appointments may take approximately 3 to 6 weeks from the date your personal sample is received.
You will always be contacted as soon as possible once your sample arrives.
🌍 International Clients & Time Zones
Appointments are arranged within UK working hours.
If you are booking from overseas, your understanding regarding time zone differences is greatly appreciated.
I will always do my best to find a suitable appointment time that works fairly for both of us.

- Essential Session — £195

Or Secure With a Deposit
£75 deposit to begin the process.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If the remaining balance is not received by this time, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

Available for clients who have completed a full session.

Remote Follow-Up Session — £100
