Root & Restore Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Root & Restore.
The following policy is in place to help appointments run smoothly, protect dedicated booking time, and create the best possible experience for every client.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
🌿 Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online where available.
Some services may require additional preparation, consultation, or personal samples before an appointment can be confirmed.
All bookings are subject to availability.
💷 Deposits & Payments
Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are deducted from the final balance of your session.
Remaining balances are payable in line with your booking instructions or on the day of your appointment where applicable.
For online remote services, any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of deposit.
🌿 Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Standard Sessions
For most appointments, at least 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
Extended / Premium Sessions
For longer appointments such as Full Body Coherence Sessions or Online Full Body Packages, at least 48 hours notice is required.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or booking fee.
⏰ Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting later appointments.
Where significant lateness occurs, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and deposit terms may apply.
🌿 Health & Suitability
Clients are responsible for informing Root & Restore of any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, implanted devices, or other circumstances that may affect session suitability.
Some services may not be appropriate for everyone.
Root & Restore reserves the right to adapt, postpone, or decline a session where considered unsuitable or unsafe.
🌍 Online Appointments
Online services may require additional preparation before booking is confirmed.
Where personal reference samples are required, appointments are arranged after samples have been received.
Appointment times are scheduled within UK working hours, with every effort made to accommodate international clients fairly where possible.
💛 Respectful Environment
Root & Restore is committed to providing a calm, respectful, and supportive space.
Abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of services.
💷 Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable within the stated cancellation periods.
Refund requests outside these periods are considered at discretion and subject to circumstances.
Unused future appointments cancelled within the correct notice period may be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate.

All sessions are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency healthcare.
No specific outcomes can be guaranteed, as each person’s experience is individual.
