The Signature Reset Experience

This 60 minute session combines the physical release of the Reset Chair with the calming, cocooned environment of the Swing & Ignite.

You’ll begin with the Reset Chair, allowing your body to release tension and ease into relaxation.

You’ll then move into the Swing & Ignite space, where you can fully switch off, settle your nervous system, and take time out to simply be.

This experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

You can choose to pay in full at the time of booking or secure your space with a £20 deposit.

The Signature Reset Experience may not be suitable for everyone.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Pacemakers or implanted electronic devices
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgery or injuries
• Severe osteoporosis
• Certain heart or spinal conditions

If you have metal implants (such as plates, pins, or joint replacements), the experience may still be suitable depending on your individual circumstances.
